Job summary

Pet Circle Pharmacy in Pemulwuy, NSW, is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our on-site team. You will deliver high-volume customer support via email and live chat, assist with prescription processing and pharmacy operations, and help keep orders accurate and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in customer service or operations, strong communication, and a genuine love for pets.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment.
• Pharmacy or dispensary experience is helpful but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Able to follow SOPs, checklists and regulated processes accurately.
• Comfortable using multiple online systems, including CRM and order-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume environment via email and live chat.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and prescriptions.
• Manage prescription-related administration and correspondence, supporting customers and clinics.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer, prescription and order records across systems.
