Qualifications

• AQF Cert III or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of breed-specific grooming and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the salon and schedule staff.
• Lead grooming services to high standards and ensure breed-appropriate results.
• Ensure animal welfare and safety are upheld at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage bookings, invoicing and records.
• Coordinate training and development for salon team.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and stock of supplies.
