Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• Ability to provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operational tasks.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clip and scissor across all breeds.
• Train and develop a passionate team.
• Manage salon operations and team performance.
• Complete 6-8 grooming services per day.
• Provide consultation, quotes, bookings, and invoicing.
