Job summary

Routine Pest Control in Condell Park, NSW is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician for a full-time role serving residential and commercial clients across the Sydney region. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and provide clear reports and recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate holds Pest Control Technician accreditation, has proven field experience, and demonstrates strong customer service, safety compliance, and reliability for on-site work

Qualifications

• Current or eligible for Pest Control Technician accreditation or similar qualification.
• Proven experience working as a pest control technician or in a similar pest management role.
• Knowledge of pests common to Australian properties.
• Familiarity with pest control chemicals, equipment, and application methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to pest control work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Physical fitness for varying weather and field conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pest inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify infestations.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Set and monitor pest control traps and monitoring devices.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective treatment solutions to protect our clients' homes and businesses. Key responsibilities

• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using approved chemicals, baits, and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and best practices
• Set and monitor pest control traps and monitoring devices
• Provide customers with detailed reports on pest control findings and treatment recommendations
• Educate clients on pest prevention measures and hygiene practices to minimise future infestations
• Maintain accurate records of all treatments, chemicals used, and customer feedback
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored safely

What we're looking for
