Insight Pest Solutions MEL Pty Ltd. – Melbourne VIC is launching termite services and seeking a skilled pest control technician. You will inspect homes, perform pest treatments and support termite inspections while building a strong local presence in Melbourne.

You’ll manage your own patch with autonomy, backed by a supportive team and a growing global brand. Termite and timber pest qualifications are essential, along with experience as a pest control technician.

About the Role

Your main focus will be general residential pest control, with your termite skills used to support our new termite services alongside the wider team. Your day will include:

Inspecting homes for pest activity, entry points and conditions that attract pests

Applying safe, effective pest treatments using approved products and methods

Carrying out termite inspections and supporting termite treatments and preventative systems

Recommending termite treatments and preventative systems to customers

Providing friendly, professional service and clear communication to customers

Using mobile and reporting tools to record findings and treatments

Following WHS, chemical handling and environmental guidelines at all times

Working in roof voids, subfloors, around the outside of homes and in outdoor areas

Looking after equipment, PPE and vehicle stock

Safely lifting and carrying equipment (15kg+)

Representing Insight professionally in the field

About You

Termite and timber pest qualifications

Previous experience as a pest control technician

Good communication skills and confidence talking with customers

Good personal presentation

Reliability, motivation and a strong work ethic

A drive to earn well by performing well

Willingness to work in roof voids, subfloors and outdoor environments
