ADG, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director - Structural for our Perth office. You will lead the Structures Team, manage projects, delegate workload, and interface with key clients.

You will bring significant design experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring developing engineers within the group. This role offers a collaborative environment across civil, infrastructure and construction services in Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Chartered member (CPEng) of Engineers Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developing engineers within the group.
• Manage Perth Structural projects, delegate workload and interface with key clients.
• Review designs and proposals to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the Structures Team to deliver value engineering solutions across projects.
