Aggreko in Perth is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead the local depot, oversee fleet, stock, budgets, and project planning. You’ll drive service excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Sales and Administration teams.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in a rental/warranty environment, strong communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a rental warehouse capacity.
• Trade or engineering qualification in electrician/diesel/refrigeration preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with multiple departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Forklift ticket and a manual driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Perth depot and greater metro area operations.
• Provide first-level technical advice to customers.
• Support growth initiatives with operational and administration excellence.
• Ensure service targets are met by the team.
• Manage invoicing, debt collection and reporting per policy.
• Keep fleet Ready for Rental per company policy.
• Train service team to handle customer enquiries and maintain stock.
• Ensure stock takes are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance across staff and contractors.
• Plan onsite project needs and support customer delivery.
• Audit depot against Aggreko Global Service Center Standards.
• Foster strong collaboration with Sales and Admin teams.
