Job summary

INPEX is seeking a Project Controls Manager, BCCS, to lead the controls function for a major Perth project. You will drive governance across cost, schedule, risk, and contracts, partnering with leadership to deliver accurate forecasts and insights.

This two-year fixed-term role requires a senior leader capable of guiding multi‑disciplinary teams and aligning controls with business objectives. Perth residency or relocation supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls in large, complex projects.
• Strong grasp of planning, scheduling, cost management and forecasting.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management and reporting.
• Establish controls systems and governance frameworks for effective execution.
• Partner with project leaders to deliver performance insights and forecasts.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and change management activities.
• Deliver clear project reporting and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing controls team.
