Qualifications

• Trade qualifications with supervisory exposure.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OHS responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance professionals safely.
• Coordinate Perth workshop and Metro Field service schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of works and safe completion.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on machine performance and parts.
• Create and communicate weekly maintenance schedules.
• Order parts and consumables cost-effectively.
• Maintain a safety-first culture across the team.
