Job summary

Lendlease is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator to join our WA construction team in Perth. You will lead environmental and safety management on site, driving reporting processes and compliance across subcontractors and staff.

Ideal candidates have a Cert IV WHS or related environmental/engineering qualification, with experience in construction EHS roles, regulations, audits, and risk mitigation. We value strong communication and stakeholder engagement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV qualification in WHS or related Environmental Science/Engineering.
• Experience as Environmental Coordinator or Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS role within construction.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, site audits, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental management on site.
• Provide technical insight to identify issues and trends in EHS performance.
• Monitor compliance of staff and subcontractors with EHS protocols and training initiatives.
