Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman in Sydney CBD is recruiting an Investment Banking Analyst to join a leading boutique advisory firm. The role covers end-to-end buy and sell side mandates, with responsibility for financial modelling, data analysis and client materials.

You will work with VPs and Associates on pitch books, perform analytical due diligence and support transactions as the business grows. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands on Mergers & Acquisitions experience.
• Excellent commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with CA/CFA qualifications.
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting to internal/external stakeholders.
