Job summary

Pinsent Masons LLP in Perth is seeking a number of Associates to join our national Construction Advisory & Disputes team based in our Perth office. You will advise on major construction, engineering, energy and resource projects across Australia and beyond, including arbitration, court, mediation and adjudication.

You will join a market-leading practice with experience across the lifecycle of assets, working with a team focused on delivering high-profile work in infrastructure and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience (in-house or private practice).
• Demonstrated expertise in construction law and dispute resolution.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise on live projects and disputes arising in construction and energy sectors.
• Assist with arbitration, court proceedings, mediation and adjudication as needed.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to manage diverse stakeholder needs and deliver commercial outcomes.
