Job summary

ADG Engineers, a Perth-based civil engineering consultancy, seeks an ambitious Associate Director to build, grow and lead the Civil Engineering division in Perth. You will drive the growth of the team, shape strategy, and provide technical guidance across projects.

You will lead business development, mentor the Perth Civil Engineering team, and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, with experience growing engineering divisions or practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Extensive experience delivering civil engineering projects across sectors.
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development to grow the Civil Engineering division in Perth, leveraging client relationships and regional networks.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the Perth Civil Engineering team to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Provide expert technical leadership to ensure high-quality, innovative engineering solutions and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Contribute to strategic direction by identifying growth opportunities and new markets within Civil Engineering.
