Job summary

Colliers Engineering and Design in Perth invites a Senior Civil Engineer to lead a project delivery team and report to the Principal. You will drive from due diligence through development application, coordinate designs, and administer contracts to meet client expectations.

You will develop relationships with clients, forecast workloads, manage commercial risk, and contribute to sustainable profit growth, while relocating if required to join our dynamic, market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects through all stages of delivery (feasibility to contract close).
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills for civil projects.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, and risk management in engineering contexts.
• Strong awareness of civil engineering industry trends and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from due diligence through to development application and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Support Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads and project delivery.
• Contribute to profitable growth and effective risk management.
