ADG Engineers, part of AtkinsRéalis, seeks an Associate Director - Structural in Perth to lead and mentor the Structures Team. You will oversee project design, resource allocation and client interface, driving technical excellence across complex structural projects.

The role requires strong communication, senior design experience and a track record of leadership within structural engineering in Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Chartered member (CPEng) of Engineers Australia preferred.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developing engineers within the Structures Team.
• Manage projects, delegate workload and interface with key clients.
• Provide design leadership and contribute to value engineering solutions.
