Job summary

Silverchain is recruiting Domestic Assistants on a casual basis to support clients in the Perth central region, from Leederville to Kalamunda. Rounds are scheduled within 20-30 minutes of your home to maximise care quality and minimise travel time.

You’ll provide domestic assistance, housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support, traveling between clients’ homes using a mobile app and a digital schedule. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months domestic/industrial cleaning experience.
• A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is insured and in good condition.
• Ability and willingness to travel autonomously between client homes using a digital schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality domestic assistance and housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and support basic nutrition needs.
• Provide social support and help clients stay engaged in their community.
• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients’ homes using a mobile app.

Domestic Assistant – Central Perth

We are currently recruiting Domestic Assistants on a casual basis, requiring a minimum of 3 days availability per week.

We have multiple roles in the Perth central region ranging from Leederville to Kalamunda. Rounds are usually scheduled within 20-30 minutes from your home location as we want to ensure you are providing quality care & services to our client and less time travelling!

Various Shift Patterns on offer: 0800 - 1500, 0800 - 1600, 0900 - 1500.

Domestic Assistants support clients to maintain independence by providing domestic assistance, general housekeeping, meal preparation and social support. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, so a reliable vehicle and ability to work autonomously are essential.

What we’re looking for
