Job summary

Wesfarmers is seeking a part-time digital communications lead to oversee our Group-owned channels from the Corporate Office in Perth. You’ll drive content development, publication and ongoing management across web, social, EDM and internal platforms, while supporting ASX announcements and executive communications.

Working three days a week, you’ll partner with senior leaders, coordinate campaigns and ensure content aligns with Wesfarmers’ brand standards and reputation.

Qualifications

• You have built your career in digital communications, content management and owned-channel delivery.
• You're comfortable working with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and bringing complex business activity to life across digital channels.
• You have strong writing and digital storytelling capability, with experience developing, publishing and managing content across multiple channels and audiences.
• Your experience includes supporting financial results, ASX announcements, executive communications and other significant listed-company activities.
• You are known for sound judgement, ownership and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's digital communications activity across Wesfarmers' owned channels.
• Manage the digital rollout of major Group announcements and events.
• Oversee website content in partnership with IT and content owners to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and assets with stakeholders and external providers.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide practical recommendations on channel delivery.
