Job summary

Talison Lithium seeks a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecast, long-range planning and management reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate operational activity into clear financial insight and support executive decision-making.

The role is based at the head office in Perth CBD, with responsibilities spanning operations, projects and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related discipline with CA, CPA or equivalent.
Minimum eight years' progressive finance experience, including senior FP&A or finance manager roles.
Experience leading budgeting, rolling forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of mining, resources or asset-intensive environments.
Advanced modelling capability with ability to translate drivers into financial outcomes.
Experience preparing Exec and Board level reporting with variance analysis.
Experience using ERP planning and reporting tools (SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, dashboards).
Practical leadership style with strong stakeholder influence and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
Provide decision-ready insights to CFO, ELT and Board on performance, risks and opportunities.
Challenge cost drivers, capital phasing and business performance with data-driven analysis.
Strengthen reporting and analytics through systems, data governance and automation.
Lead, coach and develop FP&A capability and drive continuous improvement.
