Job summary

Driver Risk Management (DRM) in Perth's Greater Area is seeking a full-time Trainer and Assessor to design, deliver and evaluate driver safety training programs, both accredited and non-accredited. The role focuses on risk management, compliance, and building a strong safety culture.

You will create materials, run classroom and practical sessions, perform competency-based assessments, maintain records, and liaise with corporate clients to tailor training to diverse learner needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Trainer and Assessor with Vocational Education experience.
• Experience delivering training in transport/logistics or driver safety preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road safety principles and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess accredited and non-accredited training programs.
• Prepare training materials and facilitate classroom and practical sessions.
• Conduct competency-based assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure RTO compliance.
• Liaise with corporate clients and support diverse learner needs.
