Strike 1 Recruitment in Western Australia is seeking an experienced High Risk Trainer & Assessor to join our training team. The role combines FIFO delivery at client and mine sites with training across Metro Perth, ensuring practical, compliant programs.

You will train workers to meet high risk work requirements, maintain records, and travel to regional sites. The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and current HRW licences, with strong safety focus and

Qualifications

• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116/TAE40110 or approved equivalent).
• Current and relevant High Risk Work Licences applicable to your training scope.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training and assessment to adult learners.
• Strong understanding of competency-based training and VET compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in line with packages and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct practical and theory training at Metro Perth facilities and FIFO/client sites.
• Assess participants fairly and provide constructive feedback to achieve competency.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site personnel and participants; travel to regional sites as needed.
• Participate in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities.
