Job summary

NRMA is seeking a Casual/Contract Corporate Driver Trainer / Driver Safety Facilitator to join our Driver Training team in NSW. You will facilitate the Safer Drivers Course for learner drivers, run workplace road safety workshops, and deliver engaging on-road training while providing excellent customer service.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, at least 12 months of facilitation experience, and a Working with Children Check as required by law; holding Safer

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve-month experience in workplace facilitation.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) completed as per law.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners with up to 12 participants regularly.
• Deliver road safety workshops for experienced drivers in the workplace.
• Deliver engaging, professional workshops and on-road training.
• Provide high-quality experiences for diverse industries and driver needs.
• Educate drivers on relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the program.
