• Identify risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
• Develop change management plans aligned with strategy including objectives, stakeholders, communication and training.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Identify key stakeholders and create engagement plans for buy-in.
• Communicate changes effectively and address concerns to gain buy-in.
• Design training programs to equip employees for changes.
• Develop KPIs to measure success and adoption of changes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.
• Maintain records of change activities, progress and outcomes.
• Prepare reports for leadership on status of change initiatives.
