Meraki Talent in Perth is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to lead a portfolio of established clients and drive growth across Western Australia. You will deliver high-quality audits, nurture senior-level client relationships and contribute to strategic firm growth.

The role blends senior audit leadership with business development, cross-selling advisory services, and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on mining/resources sectors and strong knowledge of Australian auditing

Qualifications

• Significant external audit experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large/audit portfolios.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and auditing requirements.
• Proven business development and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality and technically robust audit delivery.
• Act as a senior adviser and trusted point of contact for clients, developing long-term relationships at CFO, CEO, Board and ownership level.
• Take responsibility for the overall quality, profitability and delivery of audit engagements.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Lead business development activity, including proposals, tenders, networking and referral opportunities.
• Work closely with other Partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for cross-selling wider advisory and professional services.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to audit teams, supporting the development of Managers, Senior Managers and future leaders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Australian auditing and accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the firm's wider strategy, market positioning and growth across Western Australia.
• Represent the firm externally through networking, industry events and relationships with professional and business communities.
