Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification; RCA status highly regarded.
• Extensive external audit experience across privately owned and corporate groups.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in winning new business.
• Experience building, mentoring and retaining audit teams.
• Ambition to own parts of the business and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships, acting as trusted adviser to boards and CFOs.
• Grow the practice by identifying opportunities and expanding audit presence.
• Lead audit engagements with high quality and independence.
• Develop people, mentor the next generation of leaders.
• Drive portfolio revenue, pricing and resource management.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the firm's future.
