Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career engineer with up to 1–2 years in telecom, electrical, electronics or computer engineering.
• Strong interest in telecom systems, IP networking, radio, transmission networks, and design or testing.
• Willing to learn from senior engineers in design documentation, configuration, testing, and delivery.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to apply technical info practically.
• Clear communication; able to work in a team with engineers, clients, vendors and site personnel.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to support site and office engineering activities.
• Committed to safety and learning industry standards to deliver high-quality projects.
• Ability to prepare or support technical docs, drawings, test records, and reports under supervision.
• Strong computer literacy; eager to learn new tools and develop capability in design, testing and commissioning.
• Eligibility for Engineers Australia graduate membership or intent to pursue development.
