Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking an Accredited Trainer & Facilitator for a Perth-based parental leave contract through September 2027. You will drive engagement, qualification completion, and learning transfer across virtual and face-to-face delivery.

Lead facilitation with leaders, SMEs and participants, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and government requirements while shaping impactful development experiences that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience.
• Facilitation and training experience highly desirable.
• Ability to travel depending on program needs.
• Proven ability to build multi-level relationships from novice to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accredited learning programs through workshops, classroom sessions, virtual delivery, and blended learning solutions.
• Drive participant engagement, progression, and qualification completion outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with RTO requirements and government standards.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and project-based learning activities.
• Host and moderate engaging virtual learning experiences using collaborative platforms.
• Support Leaders and SMEs with facilitation expertise and capability development.
• Build relationships with leaders, participants, SMEs, and stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinate learning logistics, enrolments, program materials, participant data, and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of systems, products, processes, and learning industry trends.
• Analyse feedback and evaluation data to support improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning products and tools.
