Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fitness environment.
• Cert III & IV in Fitness or currently completing.
• Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.

• Develop trainers and build a pipeline of future PTs.

About The Opportunity (When Roles Open)

As a Personal Training Manager, you’ll lead and grow the PT team, driving performance, culture and results across the club.

You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing PT business, supporting trainers to succeed, and creating an environment where members achieve real results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing PT team
• Driving PT revenue, growth and overall club performance
• Supporting trainer development and building a strong pipeline of future PTs
• Leading group training initiatives and member engagement activities
• Ensuring compliance, safety and high service standards
• Contributing to a high-performance, results-driven club culture

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience (PT or fitness environment preferred)
• Cert III & IV in Fitness (or working towards)
• A strong mentor who can build and develop teams
