Fitness Cartel is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Australia to lead and grow our PT team across world-class clubs. You’ll recruit, mentor, and manage trainers while driving revenue and club performance.

Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT, oversee schedules, lead HIIT classes, ensure safety, and maintain service standards. You’ll also run the in-club 8-Week Challenge and participate in management reporting.

Qualificações

• Must have Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid/CPR.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Business-minded with PT or running a small business experience.
• Authentic, customer-focused and leads by example.
• Full Australian working rights.

• Drive PT business growth, revenue, and club results.
• Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to build a pipeline.

What You'll Do As a Fitness Cartel PT Manager, you'll:

Who You Are

• Experienced in leadership (2+ years in a supervisory/management role)
• Cert III & IV in Fitness + Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
• A strong mentor who thrives under pressure and drives team success
• Business-minded with proven success in PT or running a small business
• Authentic, approachable, and customer-focused
• A motivating role model who lives and breathes fitness culture
• Organised, target-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
