Fitness Cartel Health Clubs – Springwood QLD is seeking a dedicated Personal Training Manager to lead and grow our PT team across our state-of-the-art clubs. You will recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing trainers, drive PT business growth, and deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to build a future trainer pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Cert III & IV in Fitness plus current First Aid/CPR
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

What You’ll Do

As a Fitness Cartel PT Manager, you’ll:

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team

• Lead HIIT classes, oversee timetables, and inspire member engagement
• Maintain compliance, safety, and service standards across the PT team

Who You Are

• Experienced in leadership (2+ years in a supervisory/management role)
• Cert III & IV in Fitness + Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
• A strong mentor who thrives under pressure and drives team success
• Business-minded with proven success in PT or running a small business
• Authentic, approachable, and customer-focused
• A motivating role model who lives and breathes fitness culture
• Organised, target-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
• Must have full Australian working rights
