Job summary

Arcare Mollymook is seeking a Personal Support Worker to deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care to residents. You will help with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and support independence within a friendly team.

Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and a willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check. The role offers part-time afternoon shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday in a supportive, beach-friendly community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers.
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.

About The Role
