Qualifications

• Admitted solicitor in VIC with 2+ years in personal injury law, including institutional abuse experience.
• Demonstrates hands-on practice ownership and client-focused service.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own your files, obtain client instructions, review medical evidence, and conduct legal research.
• Provide technical legal advice, liaise with third parties, brief counsel, attend court/settlement conferences.
• Possibility to practice in 1 other non-abuse area if experienced.
