You will handle medical negligence, public liability, institutional abuse, or a mixed caseload, with 3+ years’ experience and Victoria admission, in a merit‑based, inclusive environment.

You’ll own your files end‑to‑end: obtain client instructions, review medical evidence, draft pleadings, brief counsel, and attend court or settlement conferences.

Qualifications

• Admitted solicitor in Victoria with 3+ years in plaintiff personal injury.
• Experience in medical negligence, public liability or institutional abuse.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum carriage of own files in personal injury matters.
• Obtain client instructions, review medical evidence, and perform legal research.
• Brief counsel and attend court or settlement conferences.
