Job summary

Empire Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of mixed personal injury claims (common law, public liability, WC, CTP) and contribute to the growth of the team. This senior role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys mentoring junior lawyers.

You will lead client relationships, work with medical experts and counsel, and help shape strategy across the Personal Injury practice.

• 3+ years pae specializing in personal injury claims.
• Proven track record of achieving excellent settlement outcomes.
• Strong leadership capability with a genuine interest in mentoring developing legal talent.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

The Role

As an experienced personal injury lawyer you will manage a diverse, portfolio of mixed personal injury claims (common law, public liability, WC, CTP etc) while playing a pivotal role in the leadership and growth of the team. This position is ideal for the who thrives in a busy environment and who wants tomentor junior lawyers.

The role will see you managing client relationships, managing medical experts and counsel.
