Job summary

Dimention Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer in Sydney. The role targets lawyers with at least 2 years of PAE, including Associate or Senior Associate level, to handle Plaintiff Workers' Compensation, MVAs, Public Liability and Medical Negligence matters.

You'll work with senior Partners, manage cases with minimal supervision, and contribute to client development and cross-regional matters across a national platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years PAE in Personal injuries law.
• Experience with Worker's Compensation, MVA, Public Liability and Medical Negligence is beneficial.
• Experience in a law firm and ability to work with senior Partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients and manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Draft correspondence, documents and statements as required.
• Attend conferences and conduct legal research on legislation and awards.
• Develop client relationships and participate in client marketing initiatives.

Rare opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer in Sydney with a reputable national law firm

This role has a focus on Plaintiff Workers' Compensation claims, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs), Public Liability and even Medical Negligence if this interests you!

About the Role: You'll enjoy a mixed workload on a national scale while working directly with senior Partners and other senior lawyers. We're looking for Personal Injury Lawyers with at least 2 years' Post Admission Experience (PAE) up to Senior Associate level, however, please apply regardless of your seniority as the firm is openminded.

Key responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Provide legal advice to both new and existing clients.
• Manage cases for a partner with minimal supervision while driving matters forward independently when necessary. The support from other seniors is there to get you to excel.
• As necessary, draft correspondence, documents & statements.
• Prepare draft letters of advice.
• Attend to research, including the interpretation of legislation and awards.
• Attend conferences.
• Foster strong working relationships internally and externally with a team-oriented approach.
• Engage in and lead client marketing initiatives, including attending functions and training sessions.
• Exhibit effective time management alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful:

You will have a minimum of 2 years PAE in Personal injuries law (a higher level of experience is very welcome) and be experienced in:

• Work Compensation claims (very desirable)
• Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• Public Liability claims
• Medical Negligence claims (not essential).
