Your People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian plaintiff firm for a Personal Injury Lawyer/ Workers Compensation role. This senior position invites 2–5+ years PAE to manage high-value, complex matters with strong paralegal support in a collaborative environment.

You'll handle motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, and public liability claims, draft and negotiate documents, evaluate liability and quantum, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years PAE in Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation
• Experience managing high-value, complex matters
• Plaintiff or defendant background acceptable

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with a talented, approachable team on a variety of personal injury claims, including:
