KeyMoves is seeking a skilled lawyer to join its national plaintiff practice in Sydney. The role specialises in personal injury with a strong focus on Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages, while offering exposure to Motor Vehicle, Public Liability, TPD and Superannuation matters.
You will manage matters end-to-end, build client relationships, and work closely with experienced partners on strategy, negotiations and litigation, with meaningful responsibility early in your tenure.

This role sits within a well-established Personal Injury team and offers exposure beyond Workers Compensation, providing the opportunity to develop expertise across a broad range of plaintiff matters.
The RoleManage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, with a strong focus on Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages claims
Gain exposure to a range of personal injury matters including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability, TPD and Superannuation claims
Take ownership of files from commencement through to resolution
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through what is often a challenging period in their lives
Work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners on complex matters, strategy, negotiations, and litigation
Enjoy meaningful client contact and genuine responsibility from an early stage
2-5 years PAE in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Insurance, or a related practice area
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
A genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law and helping clients achieve positive outcomes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Admitted to practice in NSW with a current practising certificate
