Law Partners Injury Lawyers in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced personal injury lawyer to join our Client Care team as Associate Client Care – Intake Lawyer on a fixed-term maternity leave beginning January 2027 for about 12 months.

You will be at the front end of the client journey, conducting consultations, assessing claims across Workers Compensation, Public Liability, CTP and related areas, and providing preliminary advice to guide prospective clients toward the right next step with

Qualificações

Qualified Australian solicitor with 2–5 years post-admission experience.
Solid plaintiff personal injury experience.
Comfortable in a fast-paced intake environment and providing preliminary assessments.

Responsabilidades

Conduct telephone and video consultations with prospective clients.
Assess claims across Workers Compensation, Public Liability, CTP, TAC, Medical Negligence, and related areas.
Provide clear preliminary guidance and determine the appropriate next steps.
Coordinate with Client Care Specialists and legal teams for appropriate referrals or sign-ups.
Mentor junior lawyers and support Client Care Specialists in triage and decision-making.
