BlueCare’s First Nations Personal Carer Traineeship at Shallom Elders Village, Condon, Townsville, offers a fully funded Certificate III in Individual Support while you work. Earn $34.50 per hour plus super, not-for-profit tax benefits, penalties & allowances, and employee discounts.

As a Personal Carer Trainee you’ll provide caring support to residents, with shifts from 6am–2.30pm or 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, while you complete the training and join a large, supportive care network.
