Job summary

Carinity – Brookfield Green is seeking Personal Carers to support elderly residents with compassionate, person-centred care. You will assist with daily routines, home and room care, meals, and social activities in a homelike environment, under direction of registered staff.

The role requires availability Monday to Sunday across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with a strong emphasis on dignity, independence and meaningful daily living for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriate qualifications
• Willingness to work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily lifestyle activities, including home/room cleaning, dressing, meals, and dining experiences
• Provide social interaction, companionship, and reminiscence activities
• Assist across morning, afternoon, and night shifts as part of a flexible schedule
• Maintain a compassionate, person-centred approach under supervision of registered staff

About the role:

You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship,lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

This role requires availability Monday to Sunday for morning,afternoon and night shifts.

What do you need for the role?

• Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriatequalifications and experience
• Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team
• Highly developed verbal and written communicationskills
• Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
