Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. is seeking a Permanent Part Time Care Worker in Adelaide to deliver proactive, person-centred services that prioritize residents' safety and wellbeing.

You will tailor support to individual goals and preferences, fostering meaningful engagement and autonomy. The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or Certificate III in Aged Care, plus experience as a Personal Carer, strong communication, time management, and a good understanding of

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or Certificate III in Aged Care.
• Experience as a Personal Carer and the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage your time well.
• Understanding of how to support residents living with dementia.
• Understanding of the Aged Care Standards as they apply to this role.
• Senior First Aid Certificate and understanding of AN-ACC are desirable.

Permanent Part Time Position

37.5 Hours per fortnight

• Week 1: Fri 1600 - 2200, Mon 0700 - 1200

• Week 2 Tues 0700 - 1400 and 2300 - 0715 (double shift), Thurs 0700 - 1200, Mon 2300 - 0715
