Job summary

Conexson invites flexible Personal Care Workers (PCWs) and Food Service Assistants (FSAs) to join our casual pool serving Residential Aged Care facilities in Rockhampton and surrounding areas. You choose when and where you work, with weekly pay and easy online shift bookings.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, meals, and hygiene, while following infection control and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• PCW requires Cert III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent plus 12 months' Residential Aged Care experience.
• FSA requires 12 months' experience in aged care or hospitality food service and a Food Safety certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Australian working rights without sponsorship.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred care and hospitality services to residents (PCW).
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility and meals (PCW/FSA).
• Prepare, serve and clear resident meals and beverages (FSA).
• Follow hygiene, infection control and food safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team and independently.

On the job you will:

What you bring:
