Right at Home Central QLD is hiring Personal Care Workers to support clients across Rockhampton. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, meals, and companionship, making a real difference in clients' lives.

We value compassion, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Flexible hours available, including 15+ hours per week, with potential for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Worker.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Driver's license and vehicle.
• Current car insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration
• National police check
• First aid & CPR
• Blue Card

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care bathing, grooming, showering & dressing.
• Provide personalised care based on each client’s needs and preferences.
• Support daily living activities at home and in the community.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and social outings.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage independence and enhance wellbeing.
