Job summary

Estia Health in Australia seeks caring professionals to support residents in our aged care homes. You will assist with daily living, meals, mobility and social engagement, while maintaining a respectful and dignified environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, strong communication and documentation skills, with eligibility for Certificate III/IV in Aged Care and prior caregiving experience. A supportive benefits program and health initiatives are included.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, ensuring comfort and nutrition.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with complex needs.
• Support residents to stay active physically and mentally.
• Monitor residents’ health and assistance with treatments as needed.
• Uphold residents’ privacy, dignity and safety at all times.
