Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking compassionate Aged Care Workers to join our team in the Illinbah area on a casual basis, delivering respectful, person-centered care to local seniors.

You’ll provide personal care, meal support, companionship and help with daily tasks, while following care plans and maintaining thorough documentation. We offer minimum 2-hour shifts, travel support where applicable, flexible hours, ongoing training, and strong clinical support from nurses.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or nursing/health studies.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Support daily routines and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help with light household tasks.
• Follow care plans and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with our care team.
