Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking dedicated Personal Carer Workers to support elderly residents with compassionate, resident-centric care across all shifts at our Mt Lofty/Toowoomba location.

You will work closely with nursing, hospitality and engagement teams, delivering high‑quality care while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Previous aged care exposure and a genuine care ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Ideally one year demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.
• Diploma of Nursing with an aged care placement OR Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is preferred.
• Willingness to work across AM, PM, and Night shifts with safety procedures.

In addition, you will also

• Ideally one year demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector
• Qualifications in Diploma of Nursing with an aged care industry placement OR 2nd year nursing student with an industry placement OR Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
• we do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies. Industry work placement will also be needed to meet compliance standards.
• Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.

• Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.

• Excellent workplace safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears.
