BaptistCare Abbey Gardens Community in Warragul is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to support residents with daily living and dignified care. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, 12% super, and not-for-profit benefits.
You’ll need Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and at least 12 months of residential aged care experience, plus a National Police Check and NDIS Screening Clearance. Weekdays preferred; shifts may vary across mornings/afternoons.
$36.82 – $37.71 per hour + 12% Super + NFP benefits
