BaptistCare is welcoming new residents at Northaven in Kergang and offers casual Personal Care Worker roles. You’ll deliver hands-on care guided by individual plans, with shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights on weekdays and weekends, fostering real connections with residents.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), have at least 12 months’ residential aged care experience, and are willing to obtain police checks and medical assessments as required.
