Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker at Pemulwuy, located 30 kilometres west of Sydney's CBD. You will provide high‑quality personal care, assist residents with daily living and support their independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care.
• Support residents to maintain independence with dignity and comfort.
• Assist residents with self-care needs, mobility, transfers and documentation.

The Role

As aPersonal Care Workeryou’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

Requirements
