Job summary

Bolton Clarke seeks a warm Lifestyle Assistant for Heritage Lodge in Murwillumbah to plan and deliver engaging recreational activities and support residents’ wellbeing. You will foster a friendly, inclusive environment and build meaningful connections with residents and the team.

Ideal candidates bring energy, compassion, and strong communication. Aged care experience and certificates in leisure/health are preferred, and a current First Aid CPR certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care.
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable).
• Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR).
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Great communication and teamwork skills, along with basic computer literacy.
