Job summary

Bolton Clarke’s Marten Aged Care in Largs North, SA, is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality, resident-centered support. You will assist with daily living, mobility, and meaningful activities to promote independence and comfort.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent), have Australian working rights, and are prepared to complete required checks prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents
• Assist residents with daily living, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation
• Support residents to maintain independence, dignity and self-determination
